Whats going on?

We have one more gig left this year, it is the best lineup we've ever supported and this consists of Secondsmile, Colour and Caesura. All three of these bands are huge inspirations to us, so we are as some might say, stoked. The gig is at The Railway inn in Winchester, this Thursday coming (18th of September). The Railway is up there with our favorite Venues around for "up-and-coming music", so knowing the sort of quality the gigs and the sound this venue can support, this should be an incredible gig.

After the Railway (and a private party) we are taking a three month break to write a whole new set and get it tight for you to wrap your ears round. We are changing our style a little bit aswell, this of course is much needed as we have been playing the same sort of music for about 3 years now. Also, we all feel that we have outgrown our old songs both in musical direction and songwriting ability.

We should be gigging again in about January/ Early February time, so if you know anybody who is putting on gigs this far in advance, get him/her to give us a message on myspace or something.

Just got back from recording...

...And they sound absolutely amazing.
We are so chuffed with the finished product.
There will be a full blog with some trippy stories and Phillip is also making a video blog for his media project. This will be done in about 2 weeks, at which point, a song will definitely be up. We may even put one up sooner.
We are so excited to hear what you think, so we will try and make it as quick as possible.
All will avail.

i just had the craziest bus journey.
I was peering out the window of the bus thinking about trumpets and trinkets and then i glanced over the woman in front of me's shoulder to see a full page spread in the "Buzz" section of the Basingstoke Observer of Bright White Light.
There we were, with a picture of us all looking lovely, and luckily they mentioned the change of members and whatnot so I'm dead pleased.
Im trying to find this newspaper as i did not ask the lady in front of me where she got it from, but we will have a scan of it up by tonight hopefully. This is kind of a first for us having anything major in even a small newspaper, so we are pathetically please.

We are here to stay...

After the recent happenings of Jordan leaving, there have been rumours that we are splitting, but this is untrue. We are still recording in February and have two gigs coming up. WE may get another guitarist, but for the moment we are just gonna have jack playing Jordan's bits and Ben playing kinda what jack used to do.

Pretty Bright

We are all Looking forward to recording in Worcester in February. We are recording at The Waiting Room studios where Second Monday recorded "Imagery" and where Caesura recorded "Dear Light Outside". That will be a grand three days.
We have the George gig coming up, put it in your diary's as we hope to see more people there than we did last time haha.
We have a few new songs on the way, just as soon as we have band practise anyways.
We also have Jack's gig in February coming up, it is a covers night with some hopefully familiar bands doing some obscenely beautiful covers.
Well anyways, I don't really have much else to say so I will bid you all adieu.

No, i don't. What are we doing at the moment? To be honest, i'm not too sure. Something productive will emerge soon though. I don't think we have any gigs planned anytime soon which is pretty upsetting, i really am dying to record again.

last mock exam tomorrow in Business and Communication Systems, my my that's a beautiful subject.
